The Rosa moored up on the Tarn River & exiting the river back onto the the canal Deux Mers at Moissac. The guests just finishing lunch after cruising the River Tarn !!

Start of a new week on the Rosa, we are happy to welcome on board Tony & Del from Australia, Gay & Jim, Lee & Art from the USA. Tonights dessert was a Strawberry parfait,hibiscus gel, basil & lime sorbet with fresh berries & paillette feuillette.

Shopping for dinner at Agen market, completely spoilt by stunning seasonal local produce, four types of asparagus, three local varieties of strawberries, courgettes with flowers attached & first cherries of the season, looks like fois gras with cherries this week ! Turbot day boat caught was to much to resist !!!!!
